Block A metalwork and raft slab works have now been completed, alongside the welfare facilities and installation of the concrete placing boom. The site access turnstile system is also now fully operational.
Work is continuing across the development, with piling for Block B progressing towards completion and preparation works for excavation and pile cropping underway. Piling works for Blocks C and D are also progressing, alongside works for tower cranes 2 and 3 and the ground floor suspended slab for Block A.
Highway works at Devonshire Grove are continuing, alongside the relocation and installation of the Arada Academy cabins on site.
We continue to implement environmental monitoring and traffic management measures throughout the construction process, helping to minimise disruption to the local community while work progresses.
