Piling works for tower cranes 2 and 3 and Blocks B and C have now been completed, alongside works to the ground floor slab and core walls for Block A. Sewer connection works at Sylvan Grove and gas diversion works at Devonshire Grove have also been completed.
Work is continuing across the development, with structural works progressing on Block A and piling works for Block D moving towards completion. Basement excavation and capping beam works for Blocks B and D are also set to commence, alongside structural works to Block C.
Highway works are also progressing, including the Devonshire Grove road widening works and the stopping up of the southern section of Devon Street.
We continue to implement environmental monitoring and traffic management measures throughout the construction process, helping to minimise disruption to the local community while work progresses.
