Tower crane 1 foundation works, commissioning and erection have now been completed, alongside the installation of the temporary power supply and site access turnstiles. Site management and project teams have also relocated to the permanent site office as construction continues to progress on site.
Work is continuing across the development, with pile cropping and the raft slab for Block A progressing towards completion. Piling works for tower crane 2 are also underway, alongside the commencement of piling works for Blocks B and D and ongoing highway extension works.
We continue to implement environmental monitoring and traffic management measures throughout the construction process, helping to minimise disruption to the local community while work progresses.
