Preparatory works are progressing well at Devonshire Place as the project moves towards the demolition phase. Engagement with local stakeholders and consultation with the London Borough of Southwark are continuing, alongside the submission of demolition notices, licence applications and ground investigations.
Environmental monitoring and transport planning are also underway to help minimise disruption to local residents and businesses throughout the demolition and construction phases.
We are preparing for the next phase of works, including the isolation of services, scaffold and hoarding installation, demolition of existing structures, removal of below-ground obstructions and piling mat installation.
