Following several key milestones achieved in June, including the completion of demolition works, the piling mat for Block D, the arrival of all site welfare cabins, the receipt of the permit to close Devonshire Grove and the commencement of piling for Block A, construction continues to progress well on site.
Refurbishment works to the site welfare cabins and relocation to the permanent site offices are due to complete in July, alongside piling cropping. Structural works to Block A will commence, with the Block A capping beam cast, the foundation for tower crane 1 constructed and temporary power energised as works continue to move forward.
